New Jersey Blind Citizens Association, Inc Needs Your Help

The New Jersey Blind Citizens Association, Inc., a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization located in Leonardo, New Jersey is looking for a Director of Operations.
The New Jersey Blind Citizens Association, Inc. (NJBCA) is the oldest organization serving blind and visually impaired adults in NJ. Our program, Camp Happiness, provides educational and social support and includes computer instruction, a medical program, peer support groups, and more.

The Director is a person who has demonstrated management skills, particularly in a 501c3 “not for profit” organization.
In addition, our Director should be skilled and experienced in:

1. Developing and implementing activities for the attendees of our program
2. Continue the growth in participants in our program
3. Develop and manage fundraising events
4. Cultivate rapport with local business, social, charitable, and governmental organizations.
