Open House At Deep Cut Gardens This Sunday

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Discover Deep Cut Gardens and all its charms during an Open House this Sunday, June 10.

From 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Deep Cut Gardens, located on Red Hill Road, Middletown, will offer guided tours, children’s activities and more. Visitors are invited to meet with representatives from local horticultural groups including:

· Rutgers Master Gardeners
· Deep Cut Bonsai Society
· Deep Cut Orchid Society
· Central Jersey Beekeepers
· Mid-Atlantic Carnivorous Plant Society
· Garden State Iris Society

Throughout the event, visitors can also wander the grounds and check out the Horticulture Center’s library. Admission and parking are free.

Deep Cut Gardens is the Monmouth County Park System’s site dedicated to the home gardener. Its 54 acres of gardens and greenhouses are a living catalog of cultivated and native plant materials.
