Looking to break a sweat Thursday?
Zumba at the Middletown Arts Center's Dance Studio offers locals a chance to let loose as the weekend approaches.
The one hour session begins at 6 p.m. and allows participants to "work out and party yourself into shape." Classes are easy-to-follow, according to organizers.
