Short Hills Man Sued For Being A Party Animal
The 23-year-old caused more than $60,000 in damage to his NYC townhouse, his landlord charges.

A Short Hills man is being sued for allegedly throwing booze-fueled parties at his rented New York City townhouse which have caused more than $62,000 in damage.
Patrick McFarland, the 23-year-old founder of Magnises, a social perks card that offers its members discounts to local events and bars – turned his rental unit into an “Animal House,” according to a NY Post report.
The owner of the $13,750-a-month duplex is alleging that although McFarland agreed to use the unit for residential purposes only, he hosted numerous “blowout parties” and maliciously vandalized the area.

McFarland stated that the allegations are “not valid,” the Post reported.
