MONTVILLE, NJ — Dante, a local teenager turning 16 today, had an unusual team helping to deliver him in 2001: the Montville Township Police.
Born a week early, Dante's mother had no time to reach the hospital before he made his entrance. Luckily, the Montville Township Police were there to assist.
"He was delivered by our towns finest. He has added joy and excitement to my life ever since. Although he was his sisters special order baby he's been a gift to us all," mother Janice wrote.
