Forge Hill Home Demo, Re-Build Seeks Variances on Wednesday

The Montville Board of Adjustment will meet at the municipal building on Wednesday at 8 p.m. and on the agenda is the issue of the Forge Hill Construction at 14 Boonton Ave. This applicant is proposing the demolition of an existing home and construction of a new single family home/soil movement, according to the agenda. 

Variances are requested for changes in property setbacks and soil movement.

The Montville Library will host the program ’A Knight in Shining Armor’ on Wednesday at 4 p.m. “Dive into a fun medieval fairytale with a silly storytelling knight. Join us for this hands on one-of-a-kind interactive program that will spark the imagination of all,” according to the Patch event listing

Also at the library on Wednesday is its ‘Paws for Reading’ program. Bring your child, kindergarten and up, to the library at 6 p.m. to practice their reading skills and read to a dog. Registration is required for this monthly program.
