'Gentle While Cuffing:' Arrestee Sings Praises For Montville PD

MONTVILLE, NJ — The Google Reviews for the Montville Police Department are mostly what you'd expect them to be: residents happy about the help they received, people angry with them. Except for one reviewer who had an unusually positive spin on a normally negative encounter.

The reviewer, who goes by the name "Undiscovered Wonders" sang praises for his recent arrest. He summed up his experience being arrested in Montville in three lines and five stars:

Gentle while cuffing me. Cars very roomy and clean over all pleasant experience. will definitely get arrested by them again.

It's not clear who the reviewer is, or if they were actually arrested (it is not possible to message people through Google reviews). Most of the user's other reviews are for businesses in west-central Florida, and one for a pizza place in Boonton.

Acting Chief Andrew Caggiano said he wasn't sure who wrote the comment or why.

"It seems like a different comment. If you ever find out who this is I would be curious to know," Caggiano said.
