Homeless Man Accused of Burglarizing Apartment, Car at Rachel Gardens

Montville Police charged a homeless man for burglarizing an apartment at Rachel Gardens and stealing items from a car on Tuesday, according to the Daily Record. The man, Ryan B. Lopez, 21, was looking for shelter in the apartment complex's laundry rooms.

Detective William Vanderhoof charged Lopez for stealing an Apple iPhone and Nintendo 360 Xbox console from the home and cash and a credit card from the vehicle, according to the Daily Record.
