Lincoln Park Man Accused Of Several Car Burglaries: Police

LINCOLN PARK, NJ — A Lincoln Park man was arrested on Wednesday, following an investigation about several car burglaries in the area, according to the Lincoln Park Police Department.

Most incidents happened on or around the upper Main Street area, including also the Hunting Meadow Condo Complex.

Police had been investigating reports of people entering into cars illegally and one report of a stolen car.

Police quickly identified Derissio as a suspect and after detectives investigated they were able to connect Derissio to some of the incidents, police said.

He was charged with multiple counts of burglary and theft, as well as additional charges for joyriding and receiving stolen property.

he was taken to the Morris County Correctional Facility and will have to appear before the Morris County Superior Court.
