A 53-year-old is accused of hitting another man with a stick and for "mouthing off," according to NJ.com.
Joseph Maccioli, 53, was charged with aggravated assault. His bail was placed at $5,000 with a 10-percent cash option. A friend posted it for him and he was released, according to NJ.com
