Man Sues Home Depot After Lumber Reportedly Falls On Him In Montville Store

The man was reportedly shopping at the Pine Brook store when he says the lumber fell on his head.

MONTVILLE, NJ — A Wallington man is suing Home Depot after he says lumber fell on his head in the Pine Brook store, NJ.com reported.

Patryk Molawka, 22, says a six two-by-four pieces of wood fell on his head as he reached for lumber on a shelf. He says the January 2016 incident left him permanently injured after it struck his head, hip, shoulder and neck.

Molawka is reportedly suing for lost wages and medical bills.
