Montville 13u Baseball Wins USABL Title
Montville Beats Park East 9-5 in Championship Game
The "Montville Knights" 13u Baseball Team completed a magical summer season with a 9-5 win over previously undefeated Park East in the championship game of USABL Northwest Division on Thursday, August 20th. Lefthander Michael Fedele went the distance on the mound for Montville as the boys avenged their only regular season division loss. The Knights defeated the Wayne Warriors in the quarterfinals, beat the Prospects Baseball Club in the semifinals, and finished the summer with an overall record of 12-2-1.
