The Montville Township Health Department will conduct an Influenza Immunization Program for its residents on Monday, November 27, 2017 at the Montville Health Department located in the Municipal building at 195 Changebridge Road, Montville. The program will run from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and will be free for senior citizens covered by participating Medicare Part B. All others will be charged $20.00 for the Quadrivalent Influenza vaccine.
Prior registration with the health department is suggested, to ensure adequate vaccine is available, however, walk-ins are welcome.
Register by calling the health department at (973) 331-3316 and have your Medicare Number available, if applicable, and remember to wear short sleeves.
