Montville High School Senior Athlete Receives $500 Scholarship

Jenks Hehmeyer, a senior cross-country runner at Montville High School, recently received a $500 Morris County Secondary Schools Athletic Directors for his accomplishments on and off the field.

Twiss was one of 217 high school student-athletes honored by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association with $172,000 in college scholarships.

Each NJSIAA member high school selected one senior as their student-athlete of the year. Those students then attended the luncheon where their names were randomly selected to receive a scholarship.

Eleven Morris County student-athletes received scholarships at the luncheon.
