Montville Kindergartners Donate Thanksgiving Meal to Food Pantry

Dr. Cathy Lunquist's class at Cedar Hill Elementary provided all the fixings while school Counselor Heather Praml donated the turkey.

MONTVILLE, N.J.– A kindergarten class at Cedar Hill Elementary School donated an entire Thanksgiving meal to the Montville Kiwanis Food Pantry.

Dr. Cathy Lundquist's class – affectionately known as the "Lundquist Lovies" – donated stuffing, potatoes, cranberries, peas, corn and apple pie, according to District Communications Officer Susan Marinello.

School Counselor Heather Praml donated the turkey, Marinello added.

“There was so much food,” said parent volunteer Terry Becker. “The donations filled the entire back seat of my Honda Pilot.”
