Montville Planning Meeting Canceled, SubCommittee to Meet

From 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. there’s a senior lunch at the senior house

The regular 7:30 p.m. Planning Board meeting was canceled, but the subcommittee will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday at the Montville Township Municipal Building.

On the agenda, the committee will discuss Site Management, Ind.'s office/warehouse for a construction management company, located at 6 Mars Ct. The office is 1,647 s.f. and the warehouse is 1,093 s.f. Its operating hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and signage is limited to lettering on the door . There will be three employees, no outside storage and FedEx/UPS deliveries will occur 4-5 times a week.

The committee will also discuss Westport Corp's "installation of two inverters that are necessary electrical system components for the installation of a Solar PV system," according to the agenda. The location is at 331 Changebridge Rd.
