Montville Senior Signs with Bloomsburg University

Recently, two Montville seniors signed letters of intent with universities and another one is doing the same. 

Senior Tyler Benson signed a Letter of Intent to play baseball at Bloomsburg University in the Fall 2014.

Last season, while playing for Coach Joe Cardinale at MTHS, Benson earned first team All Conference honors while compiling a .422 batting average with a .510 OBP. The future Husky played this past summer for the North Jersey Cardinals coached by Rich “Rico” Bellini.

Megan Patierno, a senior softball player, recently signed with Hofstra University for fall of 2014.

Abby Haimson, a senior lacrosse player, signed a National Letter of Intent to play lacrosse at Scared Heart University for fall 2014.
