Montville Township Health Department announces FLU Clinic
Flu Clinic has been scheduled for Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Montville Senior House, from 8-11:30 am, call to register.
The Montville Health Department has scheduled a Flu Clinic for it's residents on Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Montville Senior House located at 356 Main Road, Montville. The program will run from 9 am - 11:30 am and will be free for senior citizens covered by participating Medicare Part B. All others will be charged $20.00 for the Fluzone Quadrivalent Flu vaccine and $45.00 for the Fluzone High-Dose Flu vaccine.
