Multiple Bags Of Heroin, Needles Found During Montville Traffic Stop, Police Say

Police say the man had 26 bags of heroin on him during the arrest.

MONTVILLE, NJ — A man was arrested in Montville after police say they found over two dozen bags of heroin during a traffic stop on Sunday.

On Sunday night, police responded to a 911 call about an erratic driver on Route 46 in the Pine Brook section of town. The car was found in the Park and Ride parking lot.

During the traffic stop, police say the driver, William Pollock, 33, of Fairfield, had 26 bags of heroin, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes on him.

Pollock was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia and syringes. He was released with an upcoming court date.
