One and Two Bedroom Moderate Income Affordable Housing Senior Citizen (62+) Condominiums, Montville Township, NJ. The Township of Montville is requesting applicants for one and two bedroom moderate income Senior Citizen applicants (62 years of age or older) interested in purchasing a 2nd floor unit within the Township.

The unit income eligibility requirements are as follows:

• One Person - $36,928 to $59,085
• 2 people - $42,204 to $67,526
