SGW Integrated Marketing Names Beverly Barnes President and CEO
Founder and 34-Year CEO Announces Retirement

SGW Integrated Marketing, a segmentation marketing agency featuring a video-first approach based in Montville, NJ, announces the retirement of Dave Scelba from his position as Chief Executive Officer. SGW Senior Vice President, Beverly Barnes will replace Scelba as President and CEO effective immediately.
As President and CEO, Barnes will be responsible for the company’s day-to-day management including overseeing its financial, HR and legal departments. She will also work closely with Frank P. Giarratano, SGW’s Senior Partner and Chief Marketing Officer, to develop new business opportunities and promote the company’s unique segmentation marketing programs.
Giarratano recognized Barnes’ expertise and skillsets and was instrumental in her selection as the new President and CEO.

According to Giarratano, “Beverly has been with SGW for over fifteen years and she is a master at understanding client goals and strategically executing successful marketing campaigns. She has extensive expertise in managing a robust roster of clients from the healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance and higher education industries. Beverly is dedicated to developing trusted relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.”
Giarratano continues, “Beverly has the same moral and personal values SGW was built upon. She dedicates herself to helping and supporting others and has assumed significant responsibilities to positively impact the lives of those around her. Throughout her life, Beverly has faced significant challenges and found solutions to these obstacles rather than backing away. Barnes attended East Orange School District where she developed her love for learning, music and dance. She is thankful for the teachers who instilled in her a desire to excel and to never give up. She is a graduate of Berkeley College and served as President of Phi Beta Lambda, a national organization dedicated to developing America’s future business leaders. Upon graduation, Barnes began her professional career at Prudential. She then took on the position of Administrative Consultant at KPMG where she supervised the day-to-day office operations including overseeing human resources, supporting the company’s diversity initiatives, and managing the company’s offsite locations.
