Academy of Saint Elizabeth Tennis wins Conference Title

The team finished with an impressive 13 and 4 record to lead the Independence Division of the Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference.

Loud applause rang through the halls of the Academy of Saint Elizabeth this week when it was announced that the AOSE Varsity Tennis team won the Northwest Jersey Athletic Conference title! The team finished with an impressive 13 and 4 record to lead the Independence Division of the NJAC. This is the team’s first conference title since the Academy’s tennis court complex was completed in 2008.
Head Varsity Coach Lauren Corvo is thrilled with the team’s first championship in her time as the Academy’s tennis coach She stated, “I’m proud of how hard the girls worked all season to achieve this amazing accomplishment!”
Congratulations to team members: Julia Penny (1st singles), Tiffany Hsi (2nd singles), Kelly Ramundo (3rd singles), Julia Darcy and Julia Plunkett (1st doubles) and Rebecca Daw and Sophia Agathis (2nd doubles).
