Cops: Town Man Had Fake ID, Drug Paraphernalia

Police say the man was stopped on Saturday morning for not wearing his seat belt.

A Morris Township man was arrested Saturday morning after he was caught with a fake ID and drug paraphernalia, according to a statement released by the .

Anthony Justo Jr., 20, was stopped by Sgt. Mark DiCarlo at about 10:30 a.m. on Old Glen Road for not wearing his seat belt, which led DiCarlo to disover his fake ID and a straw that contained a white powdery substance believed to be CDS, according to Capt. Rich Ferrone, of the Morris Township police.

Justo was charged with failure to wear seat belt, possessing a false ID and possessing drug paraphernalia.

According to the police, DiCarlo also discovererd Justo had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in Bay Head Boro Municipal Court.

Police said DiCarlo arrested Justo and transported him to police headquarters where he was processed and served his outstanding warrant.

Justo was released pending a future date in court, according to the police.
