Longtime Morristown Resident, Great-Grandmother Dies at 99
Lucy Caravaggio spent nearly six decades living in the county seat.

Lucy Caravaggio spent 58 years of her life living in Morristown and raising a family.
The great-grandmother died recently surrounded by family at her home at the age of 99, according to her obituary.
Caravaggio was a member of St. Margaret’s of Scotland RC Church in Morristown and Treasurer of St. Gerard’s Society and a member of the St. Margaret’s Rosary Society.

Carvaggio moved to Morristown in 1929 and raised her family there until moving to Randolph in 1987.
She is predeceased by her husband, Robert, of 54 years, and a son named Emil. She is survived by two sons and a daughter, 11 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
