Dillinger Escape Plan, From Morris Plains, Involved In Bus Crash In Poland: Reports
The rock band The Dillinger Escape Plan, from Morris Plains NJ, was involved in a bus crash over the weekend.
MORRIS PLAINS, NJ— The Dillinger Escape Plan, a rock band from Morris Plains, was involved in a bus crash in Poland this weekend, according to multiple reports.
13 people were injured after a truck crashed into the band's tour bus in Krakow, Poland, the Associated Press said. The band members were not seriously injured, and a pregnant woman traveling with the and was also uninjured.

"Everyone is alive, a few injuries, but it could be much worse," guitarist Ben Weinman told Metal Injection. The truck reportedly hit the bus from behind, destroying the band's instruments and gear before hitting the bus itself.

As a result, the band cancelled Saturday's show in Poland. The next date of the tour is still scheduled for this Tuesday.
The Dillinger Escape Plan formed in 1997 in Morris Plains, and were in Europe as part of their farewell tour.
