New York Jets to Coach, Referee Colonials in Football Tourney
Morristown one of five area high schools to take part in the flag football competition June 12.

Morristown Colonial football players spend plenty of Sundays watching their favorit professional athletes play on the gridiron on Sundays in the fall.
Now the tables are turned, and some of the New York Jets will not only be watching the Colonials play, but coaching and refereeing their games as well.
A 7-on-7 flag football, round-robin tournament set for Friday, June 12 at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park will include players and coaches from Barringer, Delbarton, Morristown, Shabazz, and Summit.

Eight veteran Jets players will serve as coaches for the teams, while Jace Amaro and the rookie class will act as referees for the tournament.
Those players include T.J. Barnes; Quinton Coples; Dakota Dozier; Demario Davis; Quincy Enunwa; Erin Henderson; Dexter McDougle; and Trevor Reilly.

The winning team will receive tickets to a New York Jets 2015 preseason game.
