Xtreme Volleyball Academy located in Ledgewood, NJ is hosting several new volleyball programs for girls and boys ages 5 to 18.
Club Express: Girls in 8th & 9th grade - 12 week program including training, practices, scrimmages and tournaments. Local travel volleyball program for those unable to commit to a full club season.
VB Training & Conditioning: Boys - ages 11 to 18 - The goal of this program is to provide strength and conditioning regiment followed by position specific and overall volleyball skill development
Sunday Spikers: Girsl ages 11 to 18 - Players are divided according to skill level to ensure they receive proper training and skill development.

Diggers: Boys & Girls - ages 5 to 10 - Introduction to volleyball which teaches children 5 to 10 years old the basic skills needed to successfully grow into an exceptional volleyball player.
