MORRISTOWN, NJ — The pandemic wasn't easy for small businesses. But it wasn't all bad in Morristown, as the area welcomed some new additions.

Several small businesses opened in Morristown during this difficult year-plus — some of which Patch has covered in-depth. Here are seven below.

Zero to 180 Market

The pop-up, zero-waste market was partially pandemic-inspired. Founder Sabrina spent lockdown hunkered down and baking. But she noticed many of the ingredients came in bulk and-or left her with wasteful packaging. That's where her idea for Zero to 180 came in. Glenbrook Brewery

Between Mavis Discount Tire and Jim Demaio's Auto Concepts sits a new brewery. What began as a hobby for a local brew enthusiast became a business in the heart of town.

ESO Artisinal Pasta

"Chef AJ" Sankofa went from Morristown to Italy to learn everything he could about the cuisine. Now, he's back in his hometown with ESO Artisinal Pasta. He joined two friends and fellow Morristown High School alumni to provide fresh ingredients that help people and restaurants make authentic Italian cuisine. Morristown Pharmacy

Morristown Pharmacy celebrated its grand opening Thursday at 95 Madison Ave. The facility is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Their services include COVID-19 testing.

Clean Juice

David Tyree seemingly accomplished the impossible with what's now known as the "helmet catch," helping the Giants win Super Bowl XLII. Tyree and his wife, Leilah, faced some new challenges when they tried opening Clean Juice during the beginning of the pandemic.

Luna Cafe Ristorante

The restaurant took over The Pancake House's old location at 20 South St. Check out the menu.

Lokl Cafe

Owners Peter Stog and Yianni Arvanites long dreamed of opening a European-inspired cafe in Morristown. In recent years, they traveled throughout the United States and Europe to taste the rich flavors and quality ingredients in search of that "special something." That's how Lokl Cafe came to be, where they seek to inspire an experience.
