BLOOMINGDALE, NJ — Meet Jack! This adorable Jack Russel mix is looking for a new home, after coming to Tri-Boro Animal Welfare under rough circumstances.

Shelter workers say Jack was left outside a New Jersey kennel with a note that read, "This is Jack, we can no longer care for him." The roughly-nine-year-old dog is totally blind.

Jack is currently in foster through Tri-Boro, but he is looking for a forever home. His foster mom says he is "smart, friendly, likes to eat, and loves other dogs!" He rides in cars well, is vaccinates and neutered, and did well at his vet visit.

Jack would do best in a home where someone is home a lot, because he is a people person.
