CBS Pilot 'Ways And Means' To Film In Morristown This Week
In the show, Patrick Dempsey plays a Congressional leader. In Morristown, crews will fill up parking on some streets.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morristown will get ready for its closeup as a new television program films in town. "Ways and Means," an upcoming CBS program, films its pilot this week in town.
Patrick Dempsey stars as a powerful Congressional leader who has lost faith in politics. He finds himself working with an idealistic, young Congresswoman (Troian Bellisario) from the opposing party to subvert the gridlocked system he helped create.
According to IMDB, Amanda Warren (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri; The Leftovers; Black Mirror) will also star in the show. It's not immediately clear when the show will air.

Crews will film interior and exterior scenes Tuesday and Wednesday in Morristown. Officials will hold parking spaces on the following streets to accommodate filming:
- Maple Avenue between Community Place and Miller Road
- Maple Avenue between Miller Road and Perry Street — half block closer to Miller Road
- Miller Road between South Street and Maple Avenue
- South Street between Miller Road and Madison Street/Elm Street
Once crews park their equipment, officials will allow the public to utilize any unused parking.

"All of the crewmembers are union professionals and extremely courteous," said a Morristown police Nixle alert. "Please note that we are working in cooperation with the New Jersey State Governor’s Film Office."
Eye Productions Inc. of Brooklyn will shoot the episode at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, which will close the campus from Monday through Thursday, according to Morristown Green.
