Celebrate Bix Beiderbecke's Birthday At Morris Museum
Great music to honor his 117th

Monday, March 9, 7:30pm
Cornetist Mike Davis returns to the Bickford Theatre at the Morris Museum to conjure up the soundworld of the great Bix Beiderbecke in our annual tradition remembering one of the earliest great jazz improvisers.
See Mike, one of the foremost Bixian players in the country and friends recently performing "Singing the Blues" a jazz and pop standard that Bix recorded in 1927 with FrankTrumbauer. This is just one of the many compositions you'll experience at the concert at the Bickford Theatre.
