HANOVER, NJ — A kitten was found cold and wet underneath a bridge in Hanover, and the local animal shelter is looking for its home.
The kitten was found under the bridge near Ridgedale Avenue and East Frederick on Friday. The kitten was cold and wet when he was found, police said.
Police took the cat to the Parsippany Animal Shelter, and are looking for the cats home. He's described as a black cat with white paws and a white patch on his chest, and blue eyes.
