Do You Have Morristown's Most Beautiful Tree? Contest Open
The Shade Tree Commission wants to find Morristown's most beautiful tree.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morristown's Shade Tree Commission is holding a beauty pageant of sorts, opening up a beautiful tree competition. The public can submit greenery from their property or trees they see in public.
The commission will take dominations by Sunday. Nominate a tree by uploading a digital photo to the registration form.
The board will vote on finalists June 15 and then let the public vote — decided on the number of Instagram likes — from June 18-23.

"We believe all of Morristown's trees are beautiful and are proud of how green our town remains," the commission said in a statement.
