Dog Adopted As A Puppy Returned By NJ Family, Needs New Home
This adorable dog thought he'd found is forever home. Now he's back at the shelter, hoping the second family will be the right fit.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Reese Steele thought he found his forever home. He was adopted as a puppy by a loving family, who eventually returned him to the shelter.
"They loved Reese and he is a great family dog, but he needed a quieter environment than they could provide," Eleventh Hour Rescue, the rescue where Reese lives, said.
The four-year-old pup is a Labrador Retriever/Hound mix. He knows basic commands and loves to go outside, and is also crate and leash trained. Reese is good with other dogs, but is best kept away from cats.

"He is very affectionate and even-tempered, and likes to go for car rides. Reese just needs a family who will give him the training, socialization, and confidence he needs. He truly is a loving, gentle boy who just wants to be part of a forever family," the shelter says.
