Downed Tree Causing Rt. 287 Delays
Drivers should prepare for serious delays this morning.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — A fallen tree is causing serious delays on Route 287 Friday morning in Morristown, NJ DOT says.
The tree is downed in the southbound lanes near Exit 34. The left and center lanes are blocked, and NJ DOT says delays are about 15 minutes as of 8:53 a.m.
The delays could be longer than that: NJ 101.5 is reporting "multi-mile" delays in the area of the downed trees.
