Nov. 23
Missing person

Police located a missing 20-year-old non-verbal, autistic male and reunited him with his family at the Morris County Library in Hanover.
Warrant arrest/hindering

A 20-year-old Port Charlotte, Fla. woman was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of her home county.
Kristina Seybold was also charged with hindering apprehension and was transferred to the
Morris County Correctional Facility pending extradition to Florida.
DWI arrest
A 30-year-old Roxbury man was arrested for DWI in Wharton and refused to provide breath samples.
Jorge Arias was also issued two motor vehicle violations.
Nov. 24
No one was injured after a brush fire at the Claremont Property in Washington Township.
Nov. 25
Drug arrest
Two Wharton men were arrested and charged with possession of an undisclosed controlled dangerous substance and being under the influence of CDS.
Officer Kyle Koster caught Michael Chapagne, 19, and William Palazzolo, 20, smoking in an unauthorized area of Morris County Park Commission property while on foot patrol at Hedden County Park in Mine Hill.
DWI/drug arrest
A 26-year-old Morris Plains man was arrested and charged with slew of violations after a traffic stop in Parsippany.
Daniel Wilets was charged with: CDS possession, being under the influence of CDS, DWI, possession of drug paraphernalia and several motor vehicle violations.
Drug arrest
Anabel Guerrero, 23, of Paterson, was arrested and charged with drug and paraphernalia possession at
Silas Condict County Park in Kinnelon.
