Five Things I Want to Eat Right Now

Wake up, get fed.

I have a healthy appetite. Anyone who knows me already knows this. And, much like Ron Swanson on Parks and Recreation, I am a man that loves his breakfast food.

But, then again, if you eat something in the morning, can pretty much anything be considered breakfast food?

Let's stretch the definition a little, then bring it back to the conventional, with a lovely list of even lovelier things for you to munch on today.

  1. You Need to Know About the Egg White Turkey Breakfast Burrito: Some of you may have heard me talk about this before, but I cannot help myself. I already loved breakfast burritos but has done something to this creation that has me addicted. It must be the side of hot sauce.

  5. You Need to Know About Your Refrigerator: If you can spare the 15 minutes, give yourself a treat by making your own wonderful breakfast, thinking about every item that goes into it. Then, sit down, pay attention to the point and savor it, instead of just shoving it down your throat. It can be a pretty awesome experience. For me, I like two fried eggs over easy on whole wheat toast with a little bit of shredded sharp cheddar and a healthy squirt of ketchup. Also, a bit of coarse sea salt adds a lovely crunch.
