Former Yankee All-Star Coming To ShopRite Of Greater Morristown

MORRISTOWN, N.J. – New York Yankees fans of the 1970s will surely remember All-Star Mickey Rivers, who played several years for the Bronx Bombers.

Rivers, who came in third place in MVP voting in 1976, will be on hand at the ShopRite of Greater Morristown Saturday, June 4, signing autographs for customers.

Rivers will be available from noon to 2 p.m. that day. The event is sponsored by Luvo, the frozen entrée maker.

ShopRite of Greater Morristown is located at 178 East Hanover Avenue in Cedar Knolls.
