  • Heavy traffic delays on I-280 west bound, just east of exit 16 due to an earlier incident. The delay is expected to add 10 to 15 minutes to your trip. Rubbernecking is making this worse on both sides, officials said.
  • Route 80 is slow east between exit 34 and exit 39 due to morning volume. More delays are noted between exit 53 and exit 62.
  • Route 15 south is snarled near Weldon Road and Berkshire Valley Road.
  • Volume is slowing the ride east on Route 80 between exit 28 in Roxbury and exit 34 at Route 15.
  • Route 24 is slow around exit 7 in Millburn due to volume.
  • 287 south is showing delays between exit 47 in Montville and exit 41 in Parsippany due to heavy volume.
  • Closer to New York, the George Washington Bridge has an upper level toll plazea delay. Travel time is estimated to be 35 minutes from I-95/Route 80 to the Alexander Hamilton Bridge.

The heavy rain today could be a contributing factor in the volume delays.
