MORRIS PLAINS, NJ — Chick-Fil-A lovers, what's better than Chil-Fil-A? How about free Chick-Fil-A, right here at home? To celebrate the grand opening of their first Morris County location, the chicken restaurant is offering free food for a year to up to 100 customers.
The new Morris Plains location (1711 Rt. 10) will open on June 13 with a "First 100 Red Carpet Rollout." Attendees will be given wristband tickets for the drawing and 100 winners will be drawn at random to get free food for a year.
Registration for the wristbands starts at 5 a.m. on June 13. If 100 people are in line at 5 a.m., the drawing will happen then; if not, it will happen at 7 a.m. or whenever 100 people join, whichever comes first. You can find more information on the rules here.

The prize is 52 meals of a chicken sandwich, medium waffle fries, and a medium drink, over the course of a year.
The restaurant and drive-thru will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and, like all Chick-Fil-As, will be closed on Sunday. It will have 102 indoor seats and another 20 patio seats, plus a two-story children's playground.

Only certain ZIP codes are eligible for the Red Carpet Rollout promotion. Anyone trying to win the prize must have a valid US government-issued ID showing their ZIP code, or an alternative document (see those below). The participating ZIP codes are:
