With the holidays upon us, and Hurricane Sandy not that far behind us, there is no shortage of ways people can help.
Donate clothing? Donate toys? There's a charity for that. However, with the wealth of options available, it can be enough to make one's charitable spirit spin.
At least locally, we're hoping Patch can bring everything back into focus.

We will continue to maintain the below list of local charitable giving options below through December. But, we can't do it alone. Let us know where else people can do good this holiday season in the comments below. Make sure to include any contact information available (websites, phone numbers, etc.) and we will add it to the list.
Note: This is for both holiday-related charities as well as anything still related to Sandy. Happy Holidays!
