Morris County St. Patrick's Day Parade Postponed Due To COVID-19

The parade in Morristown — perhaps New Jersey's largest for the holiday — was also canceled last year because of the coronavirus.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — The Morris County St. Patrick's Day Parade — perhaps New Jersey's largest for the holiday — will have to wait again. The event has been postponed because of the coronavirus.

Organizers canceled the parade last year as New Jersey's COVID-19 outbreak intensified. They hoped to hold one in September — halfway between St. Patrick's Day 2020 and 2021 — but had to cancel.

The Trustees of the Morris County St. Patrick's Day Parade still hope to hold the 2021 event at some point.
