Morristown Chinese Restaurant Facing Hurdles After Fire
A three-alarm fire damaged Lin's Palace. A GoFundMe is helping them fix the destruction in the restaurant and the apartments above.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Only a week before the Chinese New Year, a three-alarm fire struck Lin's Palace. Now the Chinese and Taiwanese restaurant is trying to pick up the pieces.
The fire was discovered inside a second-floor apartment above the restaurant, according to Morristown officials. A third alarm was struck for additional firefighters from surrounding towns such as Morris Township, Morris Plains and Madison.
Interior crews quickly knocked down the Speedwell Avenue fire, but the blaze damaged the restaurant and apartments above.
