MORRISTOWN, NJ — Here are the latest coronavirus updates around Morristown.

Cases

Officials reported 16 new coronavirus cases Thursday in Morristown, bringing the town to 1,185 infections since the pandemic began. According to the town, 13.5 percent of all Morristown cases are from longterm-care facilities.

The state Department of Health reported 207 new cases Thursday in Morris County, bringing the county to 17,547 cases, 756 confirmed deaths and 170 probable deaths since the pandemic began.
