Morristown Luxury Apartment Complex Unveils Private Courtyard

MORRISTOWN, NJ — A Morristown luxury apartment complex that calls itself "beyond sophisticated" just unveiled a new, private courtyard. 30 Court's outdoor space includes shaded seating, dining areas, oversized fireplaces, an outdoor kitchen and a tranquil water space.

The building has leased 70 percent of its 58 homes, which feature two bedrooms or two bedrooms plus a den. Grand-opening incentives include one month of free rent for a 13-month lease or two months free on 26 months. Select homes include the incentive of two months free for 16 months. Monthly, net-effective rent begins at $3,650.

Developers called the courtyard the "final piece" in creating an upscale atmosphere.

“The meticulously landscaped courtyard is unlike any other in downtown Morristown and serves as the centerpiece of our sophisticated amenity offering that complements our ultra-luxurious homes,” said Jonathan Stein, founder and managing member of PCD Development.

Other amenities include a fitness center, clubroom with a bar and seating area and an entertainment lounge.

Overall, rent is rising in Morristown. The fair-market rent estimate for a one-bedroom in ZIP code 07963 increased 12.8 percent in the last fiscal year from $1,410 to $1,590. But 30 Court touts itself as more than the average apartment. The complex is located at Morristown's highest elevation, offering panoramic landscape views. Apartments feature Juliette balconies, ButterflyMX® video access system and gourmet kitchens. Master bedrooms feature walk-in closets.

The pet-friendly community also offers concierge service, Luxer One package delivery system and an on-site private parking garage with electric car charging stations.
