MORRISTOWN, NJ — A Morristown man has been arrested four times in three weeks after police say he "huffed" toxic fumes, Hanover police said.

Mark Schinelli, 49, from Morristown, has been arrested four times on three days in September in various Hanover parking lots, police said. In each of the four times, he was found by police unconscious inside a car outside a local business.

Police say the first two arrests happened on Sept. 6. (The first incident took place elsewhere, police said.) Police say Schinelli "huffed" an aerosol can of electronic duster while sitting in the car.
