1 Dead, Several Injured In Rt. 24 Crash In Morris County
All eastbound lanes are closed around Exit 2 in Hanover, according to officials.
HANOVER, NJ — A van crash killed one person and injured 14 people Wednesday morning on Route 24 in Hanover. The van ran off the right side of the road, struck a guardrail, overturned and traveled down an embankment, according to State Police.
The incident occurred at 10:14 a.m. Wednesday at milepost 2. Authorities did not identify anyone involved in the Ford E-350 crash.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Three people sustained "serious" injuries, while five had moderate injuries and six sustained minor injuries, according to State Police.

Officials closed the eastbound lanes for about four hours. The cause remains under investigation.
