'Stoop Kid' Is Back With Graffiti In Morris County
This is the second time in 18 months someone has spray painted "stoop kid" around a Morris County town.

HANOVER, NJ — For the second time in about a year, a graffiti artist is spraying the phrase "Stoop Kid" around a Morris County town.
"Stoop kid" is back in Hanover, the Morris County Sheriff's Office said. The graffiti artist has tagged the phrase "on property throughout the town" this past month, police said, although they did not provide specifics.
In August of last year, someone sprayed an exceptionally similar looking "Stoop kid" all around Hanover, including on over 20 township stop signs.

"Stoop kid" is likely a reference to the 1990s television series "Hey Arnold," which features a character who never leaves his front stoop and goes by that moniker.
