Virtual Estate Planning Session Set for Later This Month

Morris County Surrogate Heather J. Darling will present the latest Surrogate Session about trusts and estate planning on Feb. 25.

MORRISTOWN, NJ —The Morris County Surrogate Court will present an online session titled "What to Know About Trusts and Estate Planning," at noon on Feb. 25. The event, is the court's latest Surrogate Session and will be hosted by Heather J. Darling, who serves as the county surrogate.

At the session, Darling will be joined by special guest John M. Clyne Jr., from Clyne Brownstein Law. The session is free and available to Morris County residents and business owners. Registration for the session can be done online.

Previous Surrogate Sessions hosted by Darling have focused on topics like: resources for Alzheimer's caregivers, knowledge for executors of a will, pertinent topics related to wills, estates, trusts and probate matters and recent improvements in the surrogate office's procedures.
