What's in a Name? It's Still Cheesy

We had a feeling something like this would eventually happen when we did our first Internet search for The Grilled Cheese Factory when it first opened.

No, the link above does not take you to Morristown's incarnation, but another down south in Williamstown in Gloucester County. An employee at the Morris Street dining destination confirmed there indeed had been an issue with copyright infringement, resulting in a need for a change. Alas.

All hope is not lost. In fact, many might not even realize our Grilled Cheese Factory is now known as Grilled Cheese at the Melt Factory because the business's logo refresh looks pretty much identical to its previous version.

And, really, any way you slice it, it's still grilled cheese. Yum.
